Enhancing A Grade II Listed Building

This was an incredibly interesting project back in 2011 with Mad Jak Joinery. This gorgeous property is actually a Grade II listed barn, which in the past had been extended unsympathetically.

We were lucky enough to be granted permission to add a single-storey extension, for an enlarged kitchen with balcony and pyramid roof-light, and a 2nd storey extension to create a new bedroom

It was decided that replacing the previous works allowed for a more harmonious and modern design.
